GETTING YOU STARTED
Before your membership begins with us we offer a FREE personal training session regardless of what it is your looking to achieve, train or accomplish. This helps us how best to prepare you for your goals and allows us to give you a wider range of knowledge. Our first 1-1 training class is broken down into two sessions. Session one is 10 minutes and session 2 is 50 minutes (it is still one 60-minute session though).
SESSION 1 - READY
Your very own personal trainer will assess your starting point and create a programme and schedule for you to follow to help you achieve your chosen goal.
SESSION 2 - STEADY
The second session is a personal one-on-one WOW session which will show you more ways to acheieve your goals faster.
